HOMEMADE TASTE

We use selected, top-quality meats from animals that are moderate in weight, raised with good farming practices, and primarily grass-fed. We have a reliable internal traceability system, which allows us to know exactly what we offer in each milanesa.

Our Meats

In our recipes, we use eggs from cage-free hens that are fed high-quality cereal grains, without added antibiotics, and have free access to natural pastures.

Our Eggs

We use a blend of XX bread and organic YY bread to ensure the dryness and crispiness of the perfect milanesas.

Our Breadcrumb Mix

For our marinades, in addition to eggs, we use salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, oregano, chili, mustard, and honey, all products of controlled origin and first selection.
